Total Effort to Shut Down: Part I: Out of Control Management of Surveillance Activity
I intend to send along four Emails under this title "Total Effort to Shut Down" with the following four parts:

Following my Email at midday on Monday, 1st July 2002, there was a distinct improvement in the desktop computer utilisation
after a conversation between the US Government Agent "Harry" the ex-US Marine now Trainee and a male who apparently
had been watching from a vehicle parked on *********** Road under my kitchen window at the end of the building. This male
was heard to say ". . . not in England" amid ongoing and continuous apparent protests from "Harry" citing
his already noted false allegations as apparent justification for his criminal behaviour. That evening the system worked
normally for the first time in months with fast speeds reflecting the upgrade to 128 Mb RAM and added hard disk space. In
fact, the web cam worked for an hour and 45 minutes which was the longest time it has functioned at one time in months as
well.
This was not to be continued. The apparent interference returned during the night as I tried to sleep being woken several
times, kept awake and driven out of bed once again by false allegations of the grossest, obscene kind reflecting total invasion
of privacy while I slept or tried to. The desktop system crashed on access first thing in the morning yesterday. This continued
all day yesterday until last evening when the same freedom and speed of usage returned.
Again, this morning there were numerous problems which had occurred due to surveillance software interference during the
night. Without this interference which was revealed by the kinds of errors present this morning, e.g., lack of memory due
to system memory degradation, the desktop computer should have picked up with usage and continued as I left it the night before.
Instead, after correcting several problems, there was not enough memory to reload a programme that had crashed in the night,
and the desktop computer system had to be rebooted.
This reflects the fact that the surveillance operation is out of control. Apparently when one person is present who says
"No" and ". . . not in England" the direct and indirect interference is stopped with the system working
splendidly as it should fully utilising all the upgraded resources which were installed over several months at the end of
last year as limited finances permitted. These were installed in specific response to the inability to use the desktop computer
at all due to the interference from the surveillance software.
It is my belief that the surveillance software is rubbish ("buggy", i.e., full of "bugs") causing
many faults while this desktop system and notebook system are being used as research and development systems. Thus, many
crashes and denial of service activity comes indirectly just from just its usage. There has been numerous comments from a
guy who sits in the road responding on occasion to things which cannot be done or he cannot work with and must be blocked,
e.g., Caller ID on the telephone line if installed in the desktop system. This comment occurred originally several months
ago with the installation of the telephone and more recently when I was accessing a web site for that information. Caller
ID does work now separate from the computer, but when I went to access a web site for a Caller ID analyser, this was blocked
after it was noted.
There has been a deliberate effort block my access to web sites and software which were needed for proper and secure operation
of the desktop computer system. The following web sites have been denied to me:
1. Microsoft (used for upgrades of recent critical updates)
2. Tripod Lycos Site Builder (management access to my web site)
3. Bravenet (various facilities used on my web site)
4. SETI (the software to process the radio signals from space)
5. Columbia University (this always worked now it does not)
6. Hotmail (denied access but several others work)
There was an entire series of arguments which went on about access to 128 bit encryption which was needed to access financial
account information. "Harry" did everything he could to deny access to various sources for installing this level
of encryption by stating "You don't want him to have 128 bit encryption." Nothing I do is encrypted although I
have PGP but have never used it. This is necessary to access this personal financial information to ensure security of transmission
of the details over the Internet. It is a requirement of the financial service to ensure security.
In fact, I have learned that most such web sites use 128 bit encryption now. This was being denied to me and thus access
to important financial information over the Internet. This argument and denial of activity made it explicitly clear what
was going on in terms of the ability to stop my accessing any web page as they watched my activity. This has been done many,
many times for the purposes of censorship to stop me reading articles and to stop and/or impede Email utilisation.
Finally, after many attempts over several weeks, I was able to download Internet Explorer version 6 from Yahoo which contained
128 bit encryption. This gave me access to the necessary financial accounts information on the Internet so I could keep track
of my financial responsibilities. I needed to do this because on one occasion in January a posted bill for payment never
arrived. I can keep track of all this activity and payment responsibilities on the Internet, but it took months to set it
up due to the direct interference from those using the surveillance software. I could have solved this problem in a couple
hours without the continuing interference.
The critically important software patches for security reasons from Microsoft are not available through its web site as
noted. Thus, for months I was denied these just as I was denied Internet Explorer version 6 directly from Microsoft. I found
an alternative at CNET in their facility called CatchUp which provides an analysis of the desktop software programmes and
all the upgrades which are available. When I started using this, I again met with much direct interference which made it
difficult for me to get the job done. I was finally allowed to work around the problem and had someone state "Let him
have it" outside. From then on the downloads were OK on that evening. However, that cannot be depended upon to be the
continuiug operational mode for the desktop computer system. I must anticipate continuous interference for that is what always
happens. It is the standard.
There is no doubt that a considerable effort is made to stop each and every web site access which is deemed unacceptable
by these two people carrying out the 24/7 surveillance "Fabrication" operation. These two people are "Harry"
and the female member of the general public who was reported for her child abuse in early May 1998 among the four adults associated
with the flat below mine. She is the mother of the two children who were being abused, and whose lives were at risk. She
vowed revenge and retaliation publicly at that time and has been doing so ever since. She has been given access to the surveillance
equipment which she has employed toward this end since 1998. She would shut down everything that I do if she could get away
with it. Her objective is this destruction of my life and possession of the flat which she claims repeatedly as "my
house".
The examples for this desktop system interference are multitude going on daily 24/7 for many, many months. Actually,
it goes back to 1998 with its interference with the web cam to freeze its screen when they did not want me looking out my
front window began. These were also noted by verbal confirmations. This interference is far from new. It has just escalated
within the past 16 months to be totally invasive as to assume virtual control over the desktop and notebook computers from
an external source by means of wireless communications to these computers in order to do so. This has been verified beyond
any doubt by the actions and words used to describe all of this activity many, many times.
What has happened in the past 48 hours, I believe, has been first a responsible person stating the facts of law as regards
to such interference as " . . . not in England". This is an assumption , but it is a reasonable one given what
has occurred. However, secondly apparently in the absence of this one particular individual these two people revert to their
total interference and disruptive behaviour attacking computer utilisation in whatever manner they choose. This is why I
say that it is out of control. These two are engaged in this activity 24/7 and can manipulate the situation depending on
the various people who might be present at different periods during the 24 hour day. This has always been true of the female
since May 1998 and more recently since March of last year (2001) of "Harry".
This is a serious failure in management and control as regards to surveillance equipment utilisation because it permits
these two who have malicious intent to dominate and control the activity carrying out whatever they want to do and denying
it when I note it. If one person comes along and says "No" they accede for a short while then return to whatever
it is they want to do to "Fabricate" the surveillance process by "shutting him down." This extends to
all that they do 24/7 acress a wide range of activites impacting all that I do. I am just dealing with one aspect here.
There is a failure to coordinate and control the surveillance activity by those in charge around-the-clock so that misuse
and abuse of the surveillance equipment can take place as I have described.
This means that those who want to play people off one another and abuse the process can do so easily. This has been a
point which I made years ago which was being carried out by this female in dealing with different departments of Government.
It is true still in dealing with this one aspect of the activity: surveillance. The real failure is to allow two people such
as these complete and total domination over the surveillance process. They should only be here eight hours a day at maximum.
They should take two consecutive days off in every seven, and there should be manditory holiday periods of at least two weeks
ever so often. In this activity that should be at least every six months.
Not only are they in a perfect position to dominate and control for criminal purposes, but they are also in a demented
state of functioning as human beings from such continuous 24/7 activity. Their behaviour is often quite bizarre and emotionally
out of control. The female has been sedated on one occasion as already noted early in the morning last year. Others have
been shocked by her verbally violent behaviour. Are they living on amphetamines with that drug's effects impacting behaviour,
or are there deeper personal problems here? Perhaps there is a combination of both. Surveillance equipment usage has no
room for those who abuse drugs or have serious personal problems.
Furthermore, no member of the general public who is in a position of having reported anything about which the surveillance
equipment is to be utilised should have any access to it whatsoever. This leaves the situation wide open for the kind of
retaliation and abuse which has occurred in this instance over these past four plus years. It represents the grossest of
mismanagement to have allowed this to happen at all for it has enabled perjury and the perversion of the course of justice
to flourish.
Someone who has made the charge cannot then carry out the so-called evidence gathering process. In this instance what
has resulted has been complete criminal vigilante activity with charges, judging, sentencing and punishment by arbitrary and
capricious whim carried out by the use of surveillance equipment under the guise of an "investigation".
In what law enforcement activity has someone who makes a complaint been then allowed to accompany the police on their
investigation and interview process to be present to bully and argue with all that is said in the interrogation and evidence
collection process?
In what law enforcement process has someone been allowed to make a complaint without setting it down in writing attesting
to its validity by signing it and then is allowed to participate fully in an investigation process to establish the "evidence"
of this verbal complaint by fabricating it as the so-called investigation proceeds?
The nature of the totally invasive character of the current state-of-the -art surveillance equipment is such that its
utilisation must be managed very, very carefully indeed. What this situation has explicitly shown is that the levels of management
for utilising surveillance equipment are totally inadequate. This cannot be allowed to take place at low levels but must
be managed at the highest levels. There must be tight management controls and explicit procedures put into place to ensure
that it is never abused as it has been in this instance. There must be an entire re-think of the total process of surveillance
and its role within a democratic society with regard to the laws themselves, law enforcement and existing due process procedures
for the judicial review and implementation.
Obviously, all areas of surveillance management are totally inadequate and have failed miserably to protect society while
preserving human and civil rights. The reverse has occurred with criminality established at the expense of society and the
honest and decent. Overall, this is a real and present danger to borrow a familiar phrase.
The problems noted herein are just a few examples among hundreds constituting the intention and ability to censor correspondence
and communication while depriving me of my ability to carry on my normal life as is necessary for me to meet responsibilities
and obligations. These are gross violations of civil and criminal law. They are carried out with the intent to "Shut
him down" in a process where management is "Out of control".

Total Effort to Shut Down: Part II: Fabricating Mental Illness While Exploiting the Mental Ill
I intend to send along four Emails under this title "Total Effort to Shut Down" with the following four parts:

One of my key contentions is that there is a massive effort to fabricate mental illness against the background of the
perceived need to stifle dissent rather than deal directly with critical analysis to effect meaningful change and effective
management. This has been an ever escalating process over the past four years since May 1998. It has all been completely
documented 24/7. In the past few days this has been explicitly noted by excellent examples reinforcing methodology and objective.
Yesterday as I accessed and read the following information at the noted web site:

the reaction was "We have to get him out" meaning that I must be removed by force and violence from my home
to stop me writing and communicating the truth about this situation. The primary false allegations used to effect this end
are:
1. "He's psychotic"
2. "He's potty"
3. "He killed his mother"
These false allegations are made amid any number of other completely off the wall allegations that are as preposterous
as they are absurd.
The above noted web sites reflect the research by means of the Freedom of Information Act by Edward Hammond who obtained
a 49-page document from the US Department of Defense ("DoD") concerning the use of drugs to incapacitate people
which explained or confirmed much of the purported surreptitious medication to which I am being subjected. His comments about
it are well worth reading as this is the first revelation that the DoD has been developing this programme The DOD denied to
former President Clinton that there were any involuntary or unwitting human subjects involved in "non-lethal" weapons
and surveillance systems experimentation in a letter to Julianne McKinney dated 24th December 1994 where he stated explicitly:
"I have had the National Security Council staff look into your account of involuntary human experimentation by the
Department of Defense with regard to "non-lethal" weapons and surveillance systems. They have reported back to me
that there is no involvement of the Defense Department in involuntary human experimentation with regard to those systems.
In fact, the Defense Department does not conduct any human testing on unwitting or involuntary subjects." (See

The CIA and the FBI are not part of the DoD, but some 85% of the US Intelligence community does report to the Secretary
of Defense. The Pentagon's Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate ("JNLWD") has admitted that it now is "Drugging"
unwitting or involuntary subjects which is directly relevant to my situation:
"The US has admitted that it forcibly sedates Al-Qaida "detainees" held at the US base in Guantanamo, Cuba.
Former JNLWD commander and retired Col. Andy Mazzara, who directs the Penn State [JNLWD] team, says has he sent a "Science
Advisor" to the US Navy to assist the War on Terrorism."
My point is that I am being held a "Prisoner" under "House arrest" which is claimed repeatedly by
the two ex-US Marine US Government Agents "Colonel Vine" and "Lieutenant Harry X." These are their oft
repeated words not mine but are consistent with all their activity. I am also being involuntarily subjected to "Drugging"
as has been verbally noted and described as already described. The questions raised are (1) where does this come from; (2)
how is it being done; and (3) why is this being conducted and carried out in London? The total activity has been described
by "Lieutenant Harry X" as an "experiment." Finally, there are the issues of human and civil rights,
direct US and UK legal restraints and those activities which are specifically forbidden by treaty.
An executive summary of this 49-page document can be found on Edward Hammond's web site www.sunshine-project.com as is
noted above. Edward Hammond writes:
"At times, the JNLWD team's report [The Advantages and Limitations of Calmatives for Use as a Non-Lethal Technique]
veers very close to defining dissent as a psychological disorder."
The above statement would be true of a significant portion of those in the career military establishment who have no tolerance
for any other view. This comes from surrendering the self totally to military commands as military training demands and creates
in order to face battlefield death. A deep resentment develops against anyone who might dare think for themselves, ask questions
and provide a critical analysis. The process of military training is fundamentally one of dehumanisation destroying the individual
and creating a machine capable of walking into battle. This machine then dehumanises and seeks to destroy others who do not
agree. It results in the necessity to create an enemy while thinking that this enemy is less than human or abnormal resulting
in the use of such words as "Psychotic" and/or "Potty" in a vaguely non-specific, generalised manner which
carries only the emotive meaning of bigotry.
The use of such drugs as those being used against me by explicit statements are noted by Edward Hammond as:
"Calmatives [which] were supposed to have been deleted from military stockpiles following the adoption of the Chemical
Weapons Convention in 1993, which bans any chemical weapon that can cause death, temporary incapacitation, or permanent harm
to humans or animals."
Maybe this explains why this is taking place in London. He goes on:
"Calmative is military, not medical, terminology. In more familiar medical language, most of the drugs under consideration
are central nervous system depressants. Most are synthetic, some are natural. They include opiates (morphine-type drugs) and
benzodiazpines, such as Valium (diazepam). Antidepressants are also of great interest to the research team, which is looking
for drugs like Prozac (fluoxetine) and Zoloft (sertraline) that are faster acting.
"Biochemicals and Treaties: Many of the proposed drugs can be considered both chemical and biological weapons banned
by the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC), and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC). As a practical matter, biological
and chemical "calmatives" must be addressed together. As the agents are explicitly intended for military use, and
are intended to incapacitate their victims, they do not fall under the CWC's domestic riot control agent exemption. Toxic
products of living agents - such as the neurotoxin botulinum - are considered both chemical and biological agents. Any weapons
use of neurotransmitters or substances mimicking their action is similarly covered by both arms control treaties. The researchers
have developed a massive calmatives database and are following biomedical research on mechanisms of drug addiction, pain relief,
and other areas of research on cognition-altering biochemicals. For example, the JNLWD team is tracking research on cholecystokinin,
a neurotransmitter that causes panic attacks in healthy people and is linked to psychiatric disorders.
"Torture: Precedex is sedative approved for use in the US on patients hospitalized in intensive care units. The report
draws attention to an "interesting phenomenon" related to Precedex use - the drug increases patients' reaction to
electrical shock. The researchers suggest sensitizing people by using Precedex on them, followed by use of electromagnetic
weapons to "address effects on the few individuals where an average dose of the pharmacological agent did not have the
desired effect." Obviously, such a technique might be considered torture, and certainly could be used to torture. To
add to hypnotic and delusional properties, the researchers suggest that psychopharmaceutical agents could be designed to have
physical effects including headache and nausea, adding to their torture potential."
In the early morning about 0200 on Tuesday, 26th February 2002, following more vomiting and a "cracked rib"
pain induced earlier in the evening for a couple hours, a male drove down the road from the end of the building outside my
front window to where "Lt Harry X" was carrying out his campaign assisted by the female member of the general public
and explicitly told him "That's torture" thereby getting him to cease, at least for the moment, his activity. This
was the end of the "Poisoning" episode which commenced on Sunday evening, 24th February 2002, and has been communicated
in full by Email to this distribution list a couple days later referring to this incident. A copy of this Email has been published

The reaction against me yesterday was explicitly noted as an effort to suppress and deny me free access to information
while keying on the content of what was disclosed as the reason to attack me by other, trumped up means to effect my destruction
through attempting to get someone in a UK law enforcement capacity to carry out criminal vigilante actions to remove me by
force and violence from my home. Destruction is the objective of these people not law enforcement. Their allegations are
all fabricated, and they have no explicit legal process to follow. They just want to get me out. What follows? Will that
then be the "kidnap" and "kill" stage the other threats they have verbalised against me?
The key people yesterday urging this when seeing what I was reading were the two ex-US Marine US Government Agents Colonel
Vine and "Lt Harry X" along with their recruited general member of the public, a non-resident who is the mother
of the two children abused in the flat below. She was among the four adults involved in this child abuse that I reported
in early May 1998. It is extremely important to note that these are ex-US military personnel who are completely involved
and the driving force behind the false allegations. Their reaction to such an article appearing about psychoactive drug implementation
by the US DoD most likely reflects their concern to stop the confirmation that such activities are being carried out in the
UK as an experiment against me.
I want to point out that the objective has nothing to do with specific complaints of behaviour against me except for trumped
up false allegations with an attempt to address any legitimate complaint. There are none. Instead, there are general statements
which are meaningless and irrelevant to any objective most especially the stated one to "Get/pull/take him out."
To yell "He's psychotic/potty! Get him out!" are meaningless generalities used to apparently justify an illegal
eviction. There is no warrant, and there has been no crime committed, yet this has been going on for years with escalations
as noted. What this amounts to is criminal harassment in direct violation of Section 3 of the Protection From Harassment
Act of 1997 to say nothing about human rights violations among a multitude of other unlawful and criminal acts.
The false allegation "He killed his mother" is being used as a fear mongering statement in this vigilante context.
Is is not being processed through the legal justice system or properly by law enforcement. Instead, it is being used by
these vigilantes as a prime justification to take the law into their own hands in order to commit any number of crimes with
complete disregard of the law.
There is nothing new about this. These tactics have been well developed and used extensively by the US FBI in their Counter
Intelligence Programme (COINTELPRO) which has been extensively documented at:

I have been so impressed by the summary of its techniques as described which relate closely to my experience as a victim
of this surveillance driven stalking and harassment against me that I want to quote the following since it is critically important
and ends with the fact that false allegations are freely used by law enforcement including murder against those whom the want
to deny free expression:
"COINTELPRO Techniques
"From its inception, the FBI has operated on the doctrine that the "preliminary stages of organization and preparation"
must be frustrated, well before there is any clear and present danger of "revolutionary radicalism."
"At its most extreme dimension, political dissidents have been eliminated outright or sent to prison for the rest
of their lives. There are quite a number of individuals who have been handled in that fashion.
"Many more, however, were "neutralized" by intimidation, harassment, discrediting, snitch jacketing, a
whole assortment of authoritarian and illegal tactics.
"Neutralization, as explained on record by the FBI, doesn't necessarily pertain to the apprehension of parties in
the commission of a crime, the preparation of evidence against them, and securing of a judicial conviction, but rather to
simply making them incapable of engaging in political activity by whatever means.
"For those not assessed as being in themselves, necessarily a security risk, but engaged in what the Bureau views
to be politically objectionable activity, those techniques might consist of disseminating derogatory information to the target's
family, friends and associates, visiting and questioning them, basically, making it clear that the FBI are paying attention
to them, to try to intimidate them.
"If the subject continues their activities, and particularly if they respond by escalating them, the FBI will escalate
its tactics as well. Maybe they'll be arrested and prosecuted for spurious reasons. Maybe there will be more vicious rumors
circulated about them. False information may be planted in the press. The targets' efforts to speak in public are frustrated,
employers may be contacted to try to get them fired. Anonymous letters have been sent by the FBI to targets' spouses, accusing
them of infidelity. Others have contained death threats.
"And if the subject persists then there will be a further escalation.
"According to FBI memoranda of the 1960s, "Key black activists" were repeatedly arrested "on any excuse"
until "they could no longer make bail." The FBI made use of informants, often quite violent and emotionally disturbed
individuals, to present false testimony to the courts, to frame COINTELPRO targets for crimes they knew they did not commit.
In some cases the charges were quite serious, including murder."
Evidently these tactics are alive and well being carried out by two ex-US Marine US Government Agents, Colonel Vine and
"Lt Harry X" as well as others in North Kensington. This activity goes on minute-by-minute, 24/7 and has been so
conducted for years.
1. Chronic sleep deprivation externally induced from:
a. Stalking and harassment from the public road under my window all night long
b. Yelling from the flat below in the middle of the night
c. Two sometimes three dogs barking on balcony below the front window day and night
d. Door slamming from below day and night
e. Foot stomping on floor above
f. Foot stomping/hits from below
2. Surreptitious medication administration by means of:
a. Re-routed cold water intake from another tank located in flat below
b. Molecular sized vaporisation
c. Electro magnetic radiation in frequency range 1 to 10 Hz to produce drowsiness
d. Electro magnetic radiation in brainwave frequency range (less than 1,000 Hz) to simulate impact of medication,
e.g., impacting neurons or neurotransmitters controlling muscles
3. Constant harassment minute-by-minute by means of:
a. Verbal personal attacks claiming falsely "He's potty"; "He's psychotic"; and He's really sick";
b. Verbally claiming continuously "He's drugged"
c. False allegations such as "He killed his mother" and any number of any other atrociously false allegation
including allegations of constant sexual activity all of which do not exist
d. Criminal vigilante incitements to "Take/Get/Pull him out" of his home by force and violence made to
emergency services every few hours (sometimes continuously) based upon the false allegations noted in a, b and c above where
c is used as an enticement because of alleged physical powerlessness to enable such forced removal to occur easily
e. All of these verbally generated personal attacks, false allegations and vigilante incitements above are intended
to induce fear causing disruption, disturbance and destruction of whatever I am doing whether it is using the computer systems,
preparing food in the kitchen, eating, using the bathroom in any capacity, sleeping or trying to do and whatever else I do
including simply walking
f. Utilisation of totally invasive surveillance technological equipment tracking relentlessly every instant of all
my activity in order to verbally attack the most miniscule action constantly in an effort to build up resentment to provoke
a response which can itself then be attacked or used against me
All these activities are intended to impact me negatively as much as possible reinforcing each other to create a false
image and/or perception of what I am. These are used so frequently (in machine gun-like blasts of firing often times) that
they are also intended to replace any independent observation and assessment by others in the hopes that the bullying, yelling
and roaring emotionally verbal delivery from these people will be taken as valid with no further consideration. This involves
fear mongering to create mass hysteria in a crowd while constantly making every effort to preclude the possibility that anything
else will not be seriously considered. Any number of people are permitted to witness and use the surveillance equipment but
are told what actions and behaviour means by repeating false allegations leading to further incitement.
This is why two of these ("Harry" and his recruited female member of the general public) spend 24/7 in my vicinity
wherever I am to make certain that they can keep stalking and harassing hoping to provoke a response to confirm their false
allegations. It has never happenrf in years.
The essence of their activity is to create debility by all three (1, 2 and 3 above) carried out relentlessly without any
let up at all. This mixture is quite lethal and physiologically ultimately destructive. That debility is then referred
to as "Potty" and/or "Psychotic" except for the fact that there is no debility except that induced by
chronic sleep deprivation (chronic fatigue and exhaustion), drugging (reinforcing the chronic fatigue and exhaustion with
depressants) and the continuous verbal abuse (in and of itself a distraction, disruption and disturbance).
All actions which are noted as being such are meaningless, insignificant and trivial, yet these two make every effort
to once again obscure (hopefully) any independent observation and verification. They continuously misrepresent, distort and
exaggerate in the hopes of fabricating a totally false image. They are trying to ascribe to me what they are creating, or
trying to create, themselves in me from the impact of their own behaviour. None of it works. There is nothing that comes
from within which would justify any of the allegations. They are all false and externally generated. They are like schoolyard
bullies beating an animal with sticks who then point at the animal as the source of the problem.
What happens always is that those who are called in to respond to these false allegations and vigilante incitements depart
with negative comments to the effect "I can't do that" meaning "Take him out" of his home. Recent statements
about my activity from others called in have been noted as no conclusion can be made out of the activity noted such as preparing
lunch. So far at least there have been people who have looked for themselves and used their own minds, but the fact that
this continues indicates that not all do so.
It is not uncommon to use mental or emotional illness as a weapon for them to hide behind smoke screening their own criminal
behaviour while trying to discredit anything I say by the infantile name calling for that is precisely what it is. It has
been my conclusion based on all the behaviour which I have witnessed for over six years now that there is serious mental and
emotional illness which is being projected on me. This was obvious from the child abuse and results from that being passed
from generation to generation. The obsession with destroying sexual activity most likely comes from an unconscious repressed
trauma from very early childhood. All of the detail supports that conclusion, and I have concluded that there is serious
mental illness and extreme emotional disturbance as well as mental retardation present in those who are attacking me falsely
and knowingly so.
The surveillance equipment in all of its stages of growing use and in its most sophisticated level involving total invasion
of the human being's body and activity make this kind of abuse possible and capable of denying independent observation and
evaluation when it is totally under the domination and control of these two people 24/7. What I believe, however, is that
"Lt Harry X" and Colonel Vine are deliberately exploiting the mental illness, emotional disturbance and mental retardation
of the female general member of the public in order to achieve their own corrupt self-interest objectives: greed, glory and
power. Once again all of the details including constant false flattery repeated in situations that are clearly disastrous
support the fact that this exploitation of the most despicable kind is going on. To obtain from a seriously disturbed person
the result of acting out the disturbance only results in the ultimate destruction of that person. This has been occurring
slowly as I observe the behaviour of those acting against me. The behaviour they exhibit is not that which a normal person
would manifest. Such exploitation of the mentally ill is consistent with long tried dirty tricks which were noted in the
outline of COINTELPRO activity described above.
I have arrived at my conclusions by careful observation and extensive note taking. It is all based on significant and
meaningful facts noted from behaviour. In this case the female member of the general public has also been promised possession
of this flat as a reward which she notes herself continuously as "My house." She was originally motivated by revenge
for my having reported her child abuse to protect the children and by an unconsciously repressed motivation behind her murderous
rage. That has now been augmented by the prospect of gaining this flat for her own. Thus, she will do anything to achieve
these two goals: a phoney psychological reward and material gain. For her it is a corrupt self-interest now as well.
None of this is a secret and none of this is unusual. It is how the infantile humans who have never matured seek reward
without honest achievement. There is far too much detail to support these conclusions. They are the reality of the situation
despite all that is done to hide them by all of the activity described above.
This is truly a hoax and ignominious exploitation of monstrous proportions carried out by those using lethal weapons under
the apparently now acceptable guise of researching and developing non-lethal weapons. However, in this case it is done against
someone who is totally innocent while violating all societies' and nation states' efforts to control and prevent this most
inhumane of activities. The process of abusing power for his own corrupt self-interest never stops. That is why this must
be brought to light and made public for the whole world to understand exactly what it is happening.
