July and August 2001

These logs for July and August 2001 are posted to give an indication of the sleep deprivation which has gone on for over three years. When I can enter a table/hard spaces, it will look much better. In the meantime I apologise for the presentation but wanted to post the information available to show what happens each and every night without fail from surveillance equipment driven criminal stalking and harassment concentrating on sleep deprivation.

I am woken over and over again throughout the night by exteral sources of noise. These deliberate disturbances and disruptions are from excessive external noise sources surrounding me (above, below, outside in front, outside my front door in the Walkway) are identified most times (they are logged completely). They often keep me from going to sleep initially and intentionally keep me awake for hours in the middle of the night often eventually driving me out of bed very early as noted. Most recently this year (2001) the concentration of such effort has been on the hours between midnight and 0600 for special reasons which will be discussed elsewhere.

Without these intentional sleep disturbances and disruptions I go right to sleep and continue sleeping. Even after over three years I have no internally generated sleep problems (so far) which is why these disturbances continue unabated trying to attribute to me the disruptions which are deliberately created by others. For example on the 20th/21st August I got 5 hours contiguous sleep before being woken/kept awake.

Every time I am disturbed and woken, I note it the diary/log. This has been done with the notebook computer next to my bed and more recently a tape recorder due to the direct hacking and interference with the usage of the notebook computer. I continue logging all activity until I manage to get back to sleep again which is usually very close to the last entry. Thus, I am able to get an accurate reading of time awake/alseep.

The columns are:

Date
Time to bed
Time out of bed
Total time in bed
Total time awake
Total time asleep
Number of segments
Average hours sleep per segment

A = Afternoon sleep during August such as 3.5 hours on the 14th, 2.5 hours on the 16th and 1.75 hours on the 19th of August. This was from chronic sleep deprivation "catchup" and is reported since it was significant. It also comes from nights when the deliberate excessive external noises limit sleep severly such as the night of 18th/19th August when I got only 2.5 hours sleep. The afternoon sleep too is usually disturbed occuring while I sleep sitting up in my chair. I am so exhausted that I just go to sleep sitting up. Catnaps when they occur are not logged here but noted in the diary/log. There are times of significant sleep loss when it is not made up in the afternoon such as the 2.5 hours on the night of 21st/22nd August.

S = Segment of sleep;

In July and August 2001 I got an average of just under five hours sleep per night in four segments per night indicating very roughly about 1.25 hours per segment. As can be seen from the number of hours per segment, an average of this number is not very meaningful. Standard deviation and variance for each of the average hours asleep and average number of hours per segment would be meaningful here, but a statistical analysis like that will have to wait until I can get consistent, undisturbed sleep. Until then, this will have to do.

NB The last night of August is omitted due to my switching to a tape recorder at that time after having used the notebook computer over three years for this purpose. At this time the interference from the wireless notebook hacking was so severe along with the intensive and abusive character of the criminal stalking and harassment that a tape recorder usage was initiated. These now 122 tapes to date (17.11.2001) have not been fully transcribed as yet for careful analysis. That too will follow.
